We Interrupt This Program...
As of today, I've moved from IBM to The Burton Group, where my job title will be Principal Analyst. I'll be working on Identity, Privacy, Security, and Risk Management. The views expressed here are still mine, and don't necessarily reflect the positions or opinions of either employer.

Yay, I get to post the first comment on this one.
You will be missed! I had a long talk with Diana A. today and she said that since she knew you were going to be leaving for a while, she was not really as stunned as some of us were. But at our last team call, she said she was surprised at the outpouring of "love" for you and the gnashing of teeth as we all started thinking about who might be a suitable candidate to take your seat on the team. Not replace you (there can only be one unles you've cloned yourself lately), but take your seat on the team.
Hope you have the impact that you are hoping for at Burton, Lord knows we need more of your message to be heard.

Certainly didn't see that coming, but on consideration it does seem like a good match. At least it guarantees you a spot on stage at Catalyst - something we all look forward to!
